Americans Hold All Top Ten Spots on the World’s Richest People List

According to Bloomberg, for the first time since the ranking began in 2012, all of the top ten positions on the list of the world’s richest people are held by U.S. citizens.

Elon Musk ranks first with a fortune of $919 billion. Second place is held by Google co-founder Larry Page, whose wealth is estimated at $286 billion. Amazon founder Jeff Bezos ranks third with $274 billion.

The top ten also includes Google co-founder Sergey Brin, Dell founder Michael Dell and Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg.
