Apple’s first water-resistant iPad

Apple plans to release the first water-resistant tablet in its history this autumn.

The compact tablet will feature an OLED display. The new device will also be equipped with a new A19-series processor to support Apple Intelligence artificial intelligence features.

According to preliminary information, the internal storage capacity will double to 128 GB.

Apple last updated the iPad mini in October 2024, releasing a model with the A17 Pro chip and Apple Intelligence artificial intelligence features.
