Chinese Cars May Soon Offer Foot-Washing Facilities

Chinese automotive brand Deepal has received a patent for a special foot bath designed to be installed inside a vehicle cabin. The innovative device is intended to provide passengers with greater comfort during journeys.

The foot bath is planned to be placed in the free space beneath the front passenger seat so that it can be easily pulled out when needed. The system will include protective components to prevent water from splashing out while the vehicle is moving, as well as a special system for filling and draining the water. A dedicated disinfection device will also be installed in the storage area.
