Apple Unveils New 14-Inch MacBook Pro with M6 Chip

Apple has officially unveiled its new laptop — the 14-inch MacBook Pro powered by the M6 processor.

The device stands out with advanced technical specifications, powerful graphics capabilities and record-level battery life.

The starting price is $1,999. Pre-orders open on October 28, while official sales will begin on November 6.

The new chip features a 12-core graphics system that is 30% faster than the previous version. It also includes a 16-core Neural Engine for AI tasks, delivering 1.9 times the performance of the M5.

These capabilities provide more opportunities for 3D modeling, gaming, professional image processing and running large language models (LLMs) directly on the device.

The laptop can operate for up to 24 hours on a single full charge, one of the highest figures in Mac history. Its battery can also be charged to 50% in about 30 minutes.

The new MacBook Pro supports Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6 and comes with a 12 MP camera and three Thunderbolt 4 ports.

The base model includes 16 GB of RAM, expandable up to 32 GB.

The new model will be available in silver and black.
