Turkmenistan Representatives to Take Part in First Central Asian Student Sports Forum

The First Central Asian Student Sports Forum will be held in Uzbekistan from September 29 to October 2 this year. Representatives of Turkmenistan will also take part.

According to Uzbekistan’s National Information Agency, the event will be organized as part of a visit to Tashkent by Leonz Eder, President of the International University Sports Federation (FISU). Alongside FISU leadership, representatives of student sports federations from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan are expected to attend.

The forum’s main purpose is to widely share international experience in developing student sports, discuss pressing issues in the field, and further strengthen cooperation among Central Asian states.
