Artificial Rain Created with Drones in Alaska

U.S. startup Rainmaker created artificial rain on the Alaska Peninsula using drones. According to the company’s estimates, the technology made it possible to generate nearly 19 million gallons of additional precipitation in just three hours.

Experts note that although interest in the technology is increasing, artificial rainfall cannot fully solve the problem of long-term drought.
