Vladimir Putin Congratulates President of Turkmenistan on His Birthday

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin sincerely congratulated President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on his birthday.

Vladimir Putin’s congratulatory message states:

“Under your leadership, Turkmenistan continues to successfully advance along the path of socio-economic development, strengthening its authority in the international arena.

We highly appreciate your efforts aimed at further developing the enhanced strategic partnership between our countries.

We will continue our joint work on important issues of the bilateral and international agenda in the interests of the friendly peoples of Russia and Turkmenistan, as well as in ensuring security and stability in Central Asia and the Caspian region.”
