New Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Ghana Appointed

By a Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Ylyas Akmuhammedovich Gayypov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Islamic Republic of Iran in Tehran, has concurrently been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Ghana.
