Over the past six months, cashless turnover in Turkmenistan exceeded 11.3 billion manats

The total volume of cashless turnover through bank cards in Turkmenistan exceeded 11 billion 396 million 902 thousand manats in January–July of this year.

During January–July of this year, the total volume of cashless payments made through terminals reached 9 billion 14 million 675 thousand 37 manats.

Transactions worth more than 1 billion 848 million 161 thousand 175 manats were carried out through electronic commerce systems, while cashless payments exceeding 56 million 951 thousand 92 manats were made through the “Mobile Bank” system.

The total volume of cashless payments carried out through ATMs exceeded 313 million 935 thousand 468 manats, while transactions through the “Internet Bank” system surpassed 5 million 198 thousand 350 manats.

In addition, according to information provided by the bank, cashless turnover of more than 157 million 981 thousand 367 manats was carried out through the “Halkbank terminal” system.
