By June of this year, trade turnover between Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan exceeded $598 million

Trade turnover between Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan amounted to US$598.9 million in January–June of this year.

This was reported in a statement by the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Statistics.

During the reporting period, Uzbekistan imported products worth US$503 million from Turkmenistan.

Over the same period, the country’s exports to Turkmenistan amounted to US$95.9 million.

Uzbekistan’s total foreign trade turnover amounted to US$41 billion during the reporting period.
