Over the past six months, 6 laws of Turkmenistan and 11 resolutions of the Mejlis were adopted

In January–June 2026, six laws of Turkmenistan and 11 resolutions of the Mejlis were adopted.

Relevant amendments and additions were made to existing legislation concerning the protection of citizens’ rights and legitimate interests, industrial safety at production facilities, improvement of accounting and financial reporting, licensing of certain types of activities, motor roads and road-related activities, protection of the environment and aquatic biological resources, and further enhancement of the effectiveness of migration policy.

This was announced at the expanded meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers held by the President of Turkmenistan on July 10.
