Important reminder for entrepreneurs

In accordance with Article 15 of the Law of Turkmenistan "On State Pension Insurance," all private entrepreneurs must register as payers of pension contributions. This procedure is carried out at the pension fund office at the entrepreneur's location. The department announces that, in accordance with Article 23 of the relevant Law, the accounting period for the first half of 2026 has begun. Entrepreneurs are requested to fulfill their obligations on time and pay their pension contributions within the established timeframe. The designated period is valid from July 1 to August 15, 2026.
