On July 14, a meeting with a delegation headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state of relations established between the two countries in various areas, as well as prospects for the further development of bilateral cooperation.

As noted during the substantive and active talks, the Republic of Uzbekistan is highly interested in developing productive relations with Turkmenistan, which is recognised as a reliable partner in the international arena.

The meeting highlighted the consistent development of relations in the political, diplomatic, cultural and humanitarian spheres.

The high pace of development of Turkmen-Uzbek relations was also noted with satisfaction.

While discussing a wide range of issues on the bilateral agenda, particular attention was paid to the practical implementation of previously reached agreements.
