Housing to be built in Gyzlarbat district

The Municipality (Hyakimlik) of the Gyzylarbat district announces a tender for the selection of a contractor for the construction of 1-story 4-room and 1-story 5-room residential houses for citizens funded by bank loans in the 8th and 9th residential complexes of the North-Eastern microdistrict of Gyzylarbat city, Gyzylarbat district.

Proposals are accepted until July 14 of the current year from 09:00 to 18:00.

Local institutions and enterprises officially registered in Turkmenistan, regardless of their form of ownership, are invited to participate in the tender.

Those wishing to participate in the tender are required to submit:

• A written application for participation indicating the full name of the participant, legal status, and information regarding official registration in Turkmenistan;

• Information about construction projects completed by the institution/enterprise in Turkmenistan over the past 3 years;

• Information about the material and technical base of the institution/enterprise;

• For private enterprises, a certificate from the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.
