The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan held a meeting with the Ambassador of the State of Palestine

On July 16, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan between Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Myahri Bashimova and Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Turkmenistan Rana Abu Hijleh.

During the meeting, the parties discussed current issues of Turkmen–Palestinian cooperation and paid particular attention to the further development of political dialogue and the expansion of ties between the foreign ministries of the two countries.

The Palestinian side provided information about political events planned in the State of Palestine, particularly the parliamentary elections scheduled for 2026 and the presidential elections scheduled for 2027.

The participants also exchanged views on matters related to organising joint cultural and humanitarian events.
