The President of Turkmenistan will pay an official visit to Georgia

Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov exchanged views on the forthcoming official visit of the President of Turkmenistan to Georgia during a telephone conversation held on July 9 with Georgia’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Maka Botchorishvili. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.

During the conversation, the heads of the foreign ministries discussed issues of bilateral cooperation and preparations for the upcoming state visit of the President of Turkmenistan. The parties also emphasized the importance of developing cooperation between Georgia and the countries of Central Asia.
