The State Customs Service of Turkmenistan and the United Nations discussed the future of cooperation

A meeting was held with international expert Jim Newkirk to assess the cooperation between the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. The current state of cooperation between the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan and the UNODC was assessed, as were the results achieved within the framework of their joint work. In this regard, the work of Port Control Teams, joint training and exercise activities, and high-level meetings, lessons on the exchange of experience, joint border exercises, as well as programmes for enhancing the language skills of specialists were noted.
