The State Concern “Türkmennebit”, on behalf of the tender commission, re-announces Open International Tender No. 196/2 for the procurement of material and technical resources. Lot No. 5 — Chemical products and auxiliary materials Only manufacturers of goods that meet the requirements specified in the tender documentation are eligible to participate in the tender. To participate in the tender, applicants should contact the office of the State Concern “Türkmennebit” and: submit a written application indicating the full name of the applicant wishing to participate in the tender, its legal status, country of registration and bank details; review the Law of Turkmenistan “On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works and Provision of Services for State Needs”, the “Rules for Conducting Tenders” and the documents required for participation in the tender; obtain the lot specifications, relevant technical requirements and the main terms and conditions of the contract; obtain the bank account details for payment of a non-refundable participation fee of USD 575 for each lot, or its equivalent in Turkmen manats (excluding VAT and bank charges). Tender proposals will be accepted within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of publication of the announcement in the “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper, until 12:00 local time. The bank account details for transferring the funds will be provided upon submission of the written application. From the date of publication of the announcement, the complete tender proposal must be sent to the specified address in a sealed and stamped envelope. Evaluation of the proposal will begin after the required funds have been transferred to the relevant account. The envelope must contain an electronic version of the questionnaire, the main characteristics of the contract in Word format, and the technical and economic specifications in Excel format.
