The “Turkmennebit” State Concern, on behalf of the tender commission, has reannounced Open International Tender No. 184/1 for the procurement of material and technical resources. Only manufacturers whose goods meet the requirements specified in the tender documentation may participate. **Lot No. 2 — General plant, technological and drilling equipment** To participate in the tender, applicants must contact the “Turkmennebit” State Concern and complete the following requirements: - Submit a written application indicating the participant’s full name, legal status, country of registration, and bank details; - Review the Law of Turkmenistan “On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works and Provision of Services for State Needs,” the “Rules for Conducting Tenders,” and the documents required for participation; - Obtain the lot description, relevant technical requirements, and the main terms of the contract; - Obtain the bank details for payment of a non-refundable participation fee of USD 1,725 for each lot, or the equivalent amount in Turkmen manats, excluding VAT and bank charges. Tender proposals will be accepted within 30 (thirty) working days from the date the announcement is published in the “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper, until 12:00 local time. Bank details for transferring the funds will be provided upon submission of the written application. Following publication of the announcement, the complete tender proposal must be sent to the specified address in a sealed envelope certified with a stamp. Evaluation will begin after the required funds have been transferred to the account. The envelope must include an electronic version of the application form, the main contract terms in Word format, and the technical and economic specifications in Excel format.
