The Turkmennebit State Concern, on behalf of the tender commission, is re-announcing an open international tender for the procurement of material and technical resources.
Only manufacturers whose goods meet the requirements specified in the tender documentation may participate in the tender.
To participate, applicants may contact the headquarters of the Turkmennebit State Concern.
Applicants must submit a written application stating their full name, legal status, country of registration and bank details; familiarise themselves with the Law of Turkmenistan “On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works and Provision of Services for State Needs”, the “Rules for Conducting Tenders” and the documents required for participation; obtain the lot description, relevant technical requirements and main terms of the contract; and obtain the bank account details for paying a non-refundable participation fee of USD 575 for each lot, or the equivalent amount in Turkmen manats, excluding VAT and bank charges.
Bids will be accepted for 30 working days until 12:00. The bank account details for transferring the funds will be provided when the written application is submitted.
