The branch of Tatneft PJSC in Turkmenistan has announced Tender No. 2026/40 for the provision of telemetry services during drilling operations at wells in accordance with the technical requirements, with payments in Turkmen manats and Russian roubles. To participate in the tender, applicants must: submit a written application indicating the applicant’s full name, legal status, country of registration and bank details. Applications from companies registered in offshore zones or holding bank accounts there will not be accepted; the tender’s technical requirements, or specifications, will be sent to the email address indicated in the application. Tender proposals will be accepted until 18:00 local time within 20 working days from the date the announcement is published in the “Nebit-Gaz” newspaper or on the www.oilgas.gov.tm website. The tender proposal must be prepared as PDF and Excel files placed in a password-protected RAR archive. The password must contain at least eight characters.
