The Turkmennebit State Concern, on behalf of the tender commission, announces Open International Tender No. 202/1 for the procurement of material and technical resources. **Lot No. 4 — Motor vehicles, tractors, specialized equipment, components and spare parts** Only manufacturers whose products meet the requirements specified in the tender documentation are eligible to participate. To participate in the tender, applicants must contact the Turkmennebit State Concern and complete the following requirements: * submit a written application indicating the applicant’s full name, legal status, country of registration and bank details; * review the Law of Turkmenistan “On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works and Provision of Services for State Needs,” the “Rules for Conducting Tenders,” and the documents required for participation; * obtain the lot specifications, relevant technical requirements and the principal terms of the contract; * obtain the bank account details for payment of a non-refundable participation fee of USD 575 for each lot, or the equivalent amount in Turkmen manats, excluding VAT and bank charges. Tender proposals will be accepted within 30 working days from the date the announcement is published in the *Neutral Turkmenistan* newspaper, until 12:00 local time. The bank account details for transferring the payment will be provided upon submission of the written application. From the date of publication, the complete tender proposal must be placed in a sealed and officially stamped envelope and sent to the address indicated below. Evaluation of the proposal will begin after the required payment has been credited to the relevant account. The envelope must contain electronic versions of the following documents: * application form; * principal terms of the contract in Word format; * technical and economic specifications in Excel format.
