The Khakimlik of Gyzylarbat Etrap announces a tender for the selection of a contractor for the construction of 1-story 4-room and 1-story 5-room residential houses funded by bank loans for citizens in the 8th and 9th residential complexes of the North-East microdistrict of Gyzylarbat city, Gyzylarbat etrap.
Local enterprises and organizations officially registered in Turkmenistan, regardless of their form of ownership, are invited to participate in the tender.
Required Documents for Participation:
Written Application: An official application to participate in the tender, specifying the applicant's full name, legal status, and official registration details in Turkmenistan;
Project History: Information regarding construction projects completed by the enterprise in Turkmenistan over the last 3 (three) years;
Material and Technical Base: Data regarding the material, technical capacity, and equipment of the enterprise;
Certificate: Private enterprises are required to submit a certificate from the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (UIET).
Deadlines and Working Hours:
Proposals will be accepted until July 14 of this year, between 9:00 and 18:00.
