The “Harry Potter” Wizarding World Is Expanding with Two New Books and a New Series

Writer J.K. Rowling has announced that two new books connected to the “Harry Potter” wizarding world will be released for readers. The publications, being prepared by “Bloomsbury,” are expected to come out on February 23, 2027.

The upcoming books will continue the “Pocket Potters” introductory book series and will focus on the famous Professor Minerva McGonagall and the beloved twins Fred and George Weasley.

Each book will feature interesting details from the characters’ lives, memorable quotes, and key facts. Although the publications are primarily aimed at children, they are also expected to appeal to adult fans of the Harry Potter universe.

Earlier editions in the series were dedicated to Harry, Ron, Hermione, Luna Lovegood, and Dumbledore.

In addition, a new “Harry Potter” series produced by HBO is expected to be released at the end of December, during the Christmas holiday period. The leading roles will be played by young actors Dominic McLaughlin (Harry Potter), Alastair Stout (Ron Weasley), and Arabella Stanton (Hermione Granger).
