Unusual Architectural Complex to Be Built in Moscow

A new architectural project has been approved in the Russian capital. The large business center, to be developed with the support of the city’s urban planning authorities, will stand out for its distinctive design.

The complex will consist of two large buildings. The first will take the form of a classic rectangular tower rising vertically. The second will have a trapezoid-like shape, while a glazed opening in its center will create the impression of a giant eye or an arch-shaped portal.

In addition to modern office spaces, the business center will include retail stores, fitness facilities, cafes, and restaurants.

The project will also feature a large green park, flower gardens, recreation areas, and summer terraces, with the surrounding territory fully landscaped.

The development, with a total area of about 280,000 square meters, will be located on the site of a former freight railway station.

The business complex was designed by “Novaya Era,” a company within the “RZD Real Estate” structure, while the architectural work was entrusted to the IND bureau.
