TCL Accuses Samsung of Misleading Customers

Chinese company TCL has taken legal action against South Korea’s Samsung, accusing it of promoting products with advertising that allegedly misleads customers.

The dispute concerns Samsung’s M-series televisions, priced from $300 to $2,300. Samsung markets these TVs as being equipped with Mini LED technology.

However, according to TCL, the models use conventional LED backlighting rather than Mini LED technology.
