Prospects for Further Cooperation in Healthcare Discussed

At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov met with Yegor Zaitsev, Head of the World Health Organization Country Office in Turkmenistan, who is completing his assignment in the country.

During the meeting, the parties discussed current issues of cooperation between Turkmenistan and the World Health Organization.

The importance of cooperation in strengthening the national healthcare system, improving the quality of medical services, and implementing priority areas of state policy aimed at protecting public health was highlighted.
