Liverpool Ready to Pay €30 Million for Valencia’s Young Defender

Liverpool are reportedly ready to pay €30 million for Valencia defender David Otorbi. The Merseyside club has already informed the 19-year-old player’s official representatives of its interest.

Because of Liverpool’s interest, the Spanish club wants to extend the player’s contract by another three years. After that, his release clause could rise to €60 million.

Otorbi has made eight La Liga appearances this season and scored one goal. His current contract with the club runs until the summer of 2028.

According to Transfermarkt, the player’s market value is €3.5 million.
