Who Will Win the “Golden Boy” Award Now?

Italian publication “Tuttosport” has announced a list of 25 footballers competing for the “Golden Boy 2026” award, which is given to Europe’s best player under the age of 21 based on the 2025/2026 season.

The list includes the top 20 players from the October update of Transfermarkt’s European Golden Boy Top 100 ranking, along with five footballers who received wild cards — special invitations.

The nominees include Barcelona defender Pau Cubarsí, midfielders Ayyoub Bouaddi and Warren Zaïre-Emery, wingers Yan Diomande and Estêvão, as well as forwards Endrick and Rayan.
