Cristiano Ronaldo Invests €10 Million in a New Mineral Water Project
Famous Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo continues to actively expand his business ventures.
Together with “Grupo Outeirinho,” a holding company that controls a significant share of Portugal’s water market — around 45% — he has established a company called “Maravilha Decimal.”
The project has a total budget of €20 million, with the two sides splitting the investment and ownership equally on a 50/50 basis.
The production facility for the new mineral water brand is being built near a natural spring in the Gostei area of Bragança District. The spring is said to be notable for its antioxidant properties and health-related composition.
According to “Grupo Outeirinho” head Francisco Ferreira, the partnership came together quickly because of Ronaldo’s interest in a healthy lifestyle and alkaline water.
A well-known Italian design studio is working on the bottle design.
Construction of the plant is expected to be completed by the end of 2027, with full operations planned to begin in 2028.
