Turkmenistan to Increase Cattle Population

A document-signing ceremony marking the launch of a joint project between the State Livestock and Poultry Industry Association of Turkmenistan and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations was held in the capital.

The ceremony was dedicated to the launch of the project titled “Improving Cattle Breeding and Artificial Insemination Services.”

The project provides for improving the legislative framework for livestock breeding, strengthening the technical capacity of artificial insemination specialists and relevant laboratories, and supplying them with specialized equipment.
