Briefing Held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan

A briefing dedicated to Turkmenistan’s priority positions at the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly, as well as the country’s cooperation with regional and international organizations, was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

Representatives of diplomatic missions, international organizations, and mass media took part in the event.

During the briefing, Turkmenistan’s main approaches to key issues of the international and regional agenda, as well as the country’s main areas of activity within the framework of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly, were presented.

Particular attention was paid to issues of peace, security and permanent neutrality, sustainable development and transport, energy, climate change and environmental protection, humanitarian cooperation, international law, and the further development of cooperation with the United Nations.
