The President of Turkmenistan met with the President of the Republic of Korea

As part of the state visit to the Republic of Korea, bilateral talks were held between the President of Turkmenistan and President of the Republic of Korea Lee Jae-myung.

The Korean President conveyed his best wishes to Hero Arkadag and noted the significant contribution of the National Leader of the Turkmen people to strengthening Korean-Turkmen relations.

The President of Turkmenistan emphasized that the visit is aimed at further expanding bilateral relations, and that the talks confirmed the commitment of both countries to continue developing mutual cooperation. He also noted that the Turkmen side highly values the results of the visit.

A ceremony for the exchange of bilateral documents was also held with the participation of the heads of both states.

The signed documents include agreements and memoranda on cooperation in areas such as investment promotion and protection, customs cooperation, the chemical industry, water resource management, youth cooperation, intellectual property, law and justice, combating transnational organized crime, police cooperation, infrastructure development, railway transport, digital forest restoration, and efforts to address climate change.
