President of Turkmenistan Congratulates Participants of the XXVII Meeting of the Humanitarian Association of World Turkmen

The President of Turkmenistan congratulated the participants of the XXVII meeting of the Humanitarian Association of World Turkmen.

The congratulatory message states:

“Dear members of the Humanitarian Association of World Turkmen!

Dear brothers!

I sincerely congratulate you on the beginning of the XXVII meeting of the Humanitarian Association of World Turkmen, being held in our capital during the days of celebrating the 35th anniversary of the sacred Independence of our beloved Homeland.

I am firmly convinced that this meeting, taking place during the festive days of the year titled ‘Independent, eternally Neutral Turkmenistan — the land where dreams come true with the speed of a swift horse’, will play an important role in uniting Turkmen people around the world at one common table and further strengthening friendly and fraternal relations.

Dear brothers!

Our sacred Independence is the foundation of all our achievements and the high milestones we have reached.

With the attainment of Independence in the golden autumn of 1991, the foundations of our country’s democratic, legal and secular state structure were strengthened.

Great efforts have been made to modernize our national economy and strengthen the position of our state in the international community.

Independence has provided an opportunity to restore our national values and widely promote throughout the world our traditions of peace, friendship and humanism that have been passed down from generation to generation.

The Humanitarian Association of World Turkmen holds a special place in promoting the rich culture of the Turkmen people, their unique traditions, history and achievements of the present era.”

In the year marking the 35th anniversary of the Great Independence, the 35th anniversary of the establishment of the Humanitarian Association of World Turkmen is also being celebrated.

Over this period, the Association has brought together our compatriots living in different parts of the world around one common table, carried out effective work to promote the achievements of our Homeland internationally, develop relations in the fields of economy, culture, science, education, healthcare, tourism and entrepreneurship, and enrich our material and spiritual heritage.

Members of the Association are witnesses to significant events and celebrations that are writing glorious pages in the new history of Independent Turkmenistan.

Dear brothers!

Independence, which is the national pride of our people, has enabled our state, relying on its legal status of permanent Neutrality, to develop friendly relations with interested countries and promote initiatives aimed at the benefit of all humanity.

Today, Turkmenistan has established diplomatic relations with more than 160 countries of the world and is a member of 55 respected international and regional organizations.

Our country, widely recognized as a center of peace, makes a worthy contribution to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals proclaimed by the United Nations.

Our main goal is to bring peoples closer to one another, promote friendship, humanism and the principles of good-neighborliness.

Proceeding from this, we attach great importance to strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation with all countries of the world, including states where Turkmen communities live.

The establishment of the Humanitarian Association of World Turkmen opened the way to unite our compatriots who settled in different parts of the world during various historical periods around a single humanitarian organization.

Dear brothers!

Our beloved Homeland is the apple of our eye and the crown of our heads.

Love for the Motherland is a pure feeling that has forever found its place in our hearts.

The values that unite our dear people and Turkmen around the world are the great ideas about our Neutral Homeland and our sacred land.

The pride of our compatriots living abroad in the state achievements being implemented in our country, as well as their sincere support for our humanitarian domestic and foreign policy, inspires us to achieve new successes.

In the era of the Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State, the activities of the Humanitarian Association of World Turkmen are becoming further improved.

Assisting our compatriots spread across different parts of the world in developing economic, cultural and humanitarian relations with their historical Homeland, as well as promoting our national culture, art and traditions, are defined as the main goals of the Association.

I am firmly convinced that Turkmen around the world will in the future participate even more actively in promoting our initiatives aimed at strengthening peace, security and international cooperation, and will make a worthy contribution to glorifying the great ideas of our Independent Homeland throughout the world.
