President of Azerbaijan Sends Congratulatory Letter to President of Turkmenistan

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to the President of Turkmenistan on the occasion of his birthday.

He noted that the current high level of steadily strengthening fraternal relations and fruitful cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan is clear evidence of the good-neighborly ties between the two peoples, their historical connections, shared cultural and spiritual values, and mutual respect.

Ilham Aliyev wished his Turkmen counterpart good health, happiness, and success in his responsible state activities for the well-being and prosperity of the fraternal people of Turkmenistan.
