Ensuring Flight Safety in the Aviation Sector Ordered

The President of Turkmenistan has instructed that flight safety in the aviation sector be ensured. This was announced at the regular Cabinet of Ministers meeting chaired by the President via a digital system on September 11.

At the meeting, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B. Annayev reported on work to further improve the operations of the Turkmenhowayollary agency. It was noted that necessary measures are currently being taken in line with international standards adopted by the International Civil Aviation Organization to ensure the safety and regularity of the country’s civil flights at a high level. Particular importance is attached to cooperation with foreign companies in this work.

In this regard, the Deputy Prime Minister presented a relevant proposal for the Head of State’s consideration. After hearing the report, the President of Turkmenistan noted the importance attached to developing the national aviation sector, supported the proposal prepared to ensure flight safety, and instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to carry out the relevant work.
