Turkmen-Uzbek Relations Discussed

A meeting was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan between Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Mähri Bäşimowa and Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Turkmenistan Rawshanbek Alimov.

The sides discussed the current state and prospects for the further development of Turkmen-Uzbek relations in the political and diplomatic, trade and economic, and cultural and humanitarian spheres.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the sides expressed their readiness to make joint efforts to further strengthen cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan and enrich it with new practical content.
