Roundtable Held at the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Kyrgyz Republic

A roundtable was held at the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Kyrgyz Republic to discuss the significance of the upcoming meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan and the United Nations General Assembly resolution titled “2028 — International Year of Law,” adopted at the initiative of Turkmenistan.

Speakers noted that the upcoming meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, scheduled for September 23, 2026, will be an important social and political event.

At the conclusion of the roundtable, participants emphasized that the upcoming meeting and the continued implementation of Turkmenistan’s international initiatives would contribute to the successful achievement of the established objectives. They would also further strengthen Turkmenistan’s international standing as a state that consistently pursues a peace-oriented foreign policy based on its status of permanent neutrality.
