A Turkmen student received a grant to attend a language course in Germany

A fourth-year student of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan has received a grant from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), giving the student an opportunity to take an intensive German language course in the Federal Republic of Germany as part of the international “Hochschulsommerkurse” program.

In addition to language training, the program provides comprehensive study of country-specific subjects covering Germany’s socio-political system, economic achievements and social sphere. The program also includes educational trips to the country’s historic centers and cities, as well as visits to museums, cultural and educational institutions. This gives participants an opportunity to become more closely acquainted with German traditions and the everyday life of local people.

It is worth noting that this year the program has brought together young talents from nearly 150 countries around the world.
