Turkmen weightlifters won 10 medals at the Asian Championships

Turkmen weightlifters won 10 medals at the Asian Youth and Junior Weightlifting Championships held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Among the youth athletes, Turkmenistan won 1 gold and 4 silver medals, for a total of 5 medals. In the junior category, the team earned 2 silver and 3 bronze medals, also totaling 5 medals. As a result, Turkmenistan ranked 9th in the overall medal standings among the youth athletes and 10th among the juniors.

It is worth noting that more than 300 athletes from 29 countries took part in the Asian Youth and Junior Weightlifting Championships.
