Turkmenistan is expanding cooperation with Finland in the field of digital transformation

Representatives of the International University for the Humanities and Development are on a study visit to Helsinki, Finland, as part of the European Union’s regional “Digital Connectivity in Central Asia” (C4CA) project.

The visit is aimed at exchanging experience in digital transformation, communication technologies and digital infrastructure, as well as strengthening international cooperation. The project is implemented by Laurea University of Applied Sciences in cooperation with the Finnish Institute of Public Management (HAUS).

During the visit, N. Shykhlyyev, Vice-Rector of the International University for the Humanities and Development, held talks with the project leaders. The parties discussed priority areas of cooperation and opportunities to implement joint initiatives in education and research.

An important outcome of the meeting was an agreement to implement part of the project at the International University for the Humanities and Development.
