A competition is being held to write an article entitled “Independence Is Our Happiness”

The Turkmen State Institute of Finance has announced an article-writing competition entitled “Independence Is Our Happiness” among students of higher educational institutions across the country.

The competition aims to encourage journalistic and publicistic activity among students, identify particularly talented young people, and expand creative cooperation.

Information about the competition is being communicated through official letters sent to relevant higher educational institutions and through a special announcement published on the institute’s official website.

The participating student’s article, together with an official letter containing information about the participant, must be sent to the Turkmen State Institute of Finance. The letter should include the student’s surname, first name and patronymic, the name of the higher educational institution, specialty or field of study, year of study, telephone number and the title of the article.

Only previously unpublished articles written by one author — a student — and marked “Independence Is Our Happiness” will be accepted.

The article must be 2–5 pages long. An electronic version should be submitted in Word format (doc or docx), with 1.5 line spacing, using Times New Roman font, size 14. The materials must be submitted to the head of the institute’s primary Youth Organization by September 21, 2026.

Above the title of the article, on the right-hand side, there must be a bold inscription reading “For the ‘Independence Is Our Happiness’ competition.”

No more than two students’ articles from each higher educational institution will be accepted until September 21 of this year.

The results of the competition will be published on September 25 on the official website of the Turkmen State Institute of Finance.

The winners will be selected by members of the jury after the competition concludes, and the results will be published on the official website of the Turkmen State Institute of Finance.

Students who take I, II and III places will be awarded Certificates of Honour on behalf of the institute and commemorative gifts.
