The “Türkmenistan” State Commercial Bank offers a “Student Loan” at an annual interest rate of 5%. The loan is provided in non-cash form for a period of up to 5 years, in accordance with the tuition payment agreement or in the amount specified in the invoice. Collateral property or a third-party guarantee may be accepted as security for the loan.
