A Turkmen-Afghan group on economic cooperation may be established

A Turkmen-Afghan group on economic cooperation will be established.

The relevant proposal was put forward yesterday during talks held as part of the working visit of the National Leader of the Turkmen people to Afghanistan.

During the bilateral talks, the National Leader of the Turkmen people spoke about joint projects and proposed establishing a Turkmen-Afghan group on economic cooperation.

He also stated that Turkmenistan was ready to consider the proposals put forward by the Afghan side and reaffirmed the country’s commitment to further developing mutually beneficial cooperation.
