Would you like to work at the Chinese Embassy in Turkmenistan?

The Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Turkmenistan has announced recruitment for two vacant positions: secretary and security guard-technician.

Applicants for the secretary position must have a higher education qualification and be fluent in Russian, Turkmen and Chinese. Candidates must be between 20 and 45 years old.

Applicants are also required to have skills in preparing, translating and processing official letters and documents, confidently use office software, and understand the rules of business etiquette. Previous experience as a translator and knowledge of English will be considered an advantage.

Citizens under the age of 40 with secondary vocational or technical education and knowledge of Russian and Turkmen are invited to apply for the security guard-technician position. They must be able to carry out routine repair and technical work. Relevant work experience and knowledge of Chinese will be considered additional advantages.

Applicants must submit a CV written in Russian or Chinese with contact details, copies of their domestic and international passports, copies of educational documents, and one colour photograph.

Documents will be accepted by email at chinaemb_tm@mfa.gov.cn with the subject line “Job Application — Full Name”, or in an appropriately marked envelope at: 45 Archabil Street, Ashgabat.

Applicants who meet the requirements will be invited for an interview, while those who do not meet the requirements will not be notified separately.

A candidate who successfully passes the interview will sign an employment contract providing for a three-month probationary period. After successfully completing the probationary period, a permanent employment contract will be concluded.
