Turkmen tennis players are competing in a tournament in Sri Lanka

The Turkmenistan national tennis team is beginning its campaign in the Davis Cup Asia/Oceania Zone Group IV qualifying tournament, which is starting in Colombo, the capital of Sri Lanka.

Seven national teams, divided into two groups, will take part in the tournament.

Turkmenistan will compete in Group B alongside Iraq, Kyrgyzstan and Kuwait.

Group A will feature Qatar, the Northern Mariana Islands and Sri Lanka.
