Turkmen students performed successfully at the International Mathematical Olympiad

Turkmen students won one silver and three bronze medals at the International Mathematical Olympiad held in the People’s Republic of China.

The silver medal was awarded to Agaperman Berdimyradow, a 12th-grade student at Secondary School No. 40 in the Yoloten Etrap of Mary Velayat.

Bronze medals were won by Begenc Akmyradow, a 12th-grade student at Ashgabat Specialised Secondary School No. 49 with advanced studies in mathematics and English; Maliksha Meylismyradow, a 12th-grade student at Ashgabat Specialised Secondary School No. 86 with advanced studies in English, chemistry and biology; and Hemra Gurbanow, a 10th-grade student at the same school.
