The website and mobile application of the “Adalat” legal information database have become available

The Ministry of Adalat of Turkmenistan has provided individuals and legal entities with online access to the “Adalat” electronic database of regulatory legal acts.

The service is available through the Ministry’s official website, minjust.gov.tm, and its mobile application.

To access the database, users must enter their mobile phone number. They then enter the verification code sent to that number.

Afterwards, users must provide their first name, surname, patronymic and passport details.

Once registered, users can select the appropriate subscription plan. A one-month subscription costs 20 manats, a three-month subscription costs 60 manats, and a six-month subscription costs 120 manats.

Each subscription is registered individually for every user.

The “Adalat” database contains more than 13,000 regulatory legal documents, including the Constitution and codes of Turkmenistan, presidential decrees and resolutions, as well as sector-specific legal acts registered by the Ministry of Adalat of Turkmenistan.

The higher-level legal acts in the database cover the period from 1990 to 2026, while sector-specific documents cover the period from 1995 to the present day.
