A telephone conversation took place between the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Hero-Arkadag, and the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

Hero-Arkadag warmly congratulated the Head of the friendly state on his birthday, wishing President Shavkat Mirziyoyev good health, long life, inexhaustible strength and energy, and success in his responsible state activities. The Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan also conveyed warm greetings and heartfelt congratulations from respected President Serdar Berdimuhamedov to the Uzbek Leader on the occasion of his birthday.

Expressing sincere gratitude to Hero-Arkadag and the Head of State for the warm congratulations, good wishes, and special attention paid to the development of bilateral cooperation, the President of Uzbekistan noted with satisfaction that the partnership between the two countries, based on traditional friendship, trust, and mutual understanding, has reached a high level.
