The “Türkmennebit” State Concern, on behalf of the tender commission, has re-announced Open International Tender No. 215 for the purchase of material and technical resources. Lot No. 1 – Pipes and metal products Only manufacturers whose products meet the requirements specified in the tender documentation may participate in the tender. To participate in the tender, applicants should contact the “Türkmennebit” State Concern and: submit a written application indicating the applicant’s full name, legal status, country of registration and bank details; review the Law of Turkmenistan “On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works and Provision of Services for State Needs”, the “Rules for Conducting Tenders” and the documents required for participation in the tender; obtain the lot specification, relevant technical requirements and the main terms of the contract; obtain bank account details to pay a non-refundable participation fee of USD 575 for each lot, or its equivalent in manats, excluding VAT and bank charges. Tender proposals will be accepted for 30 working days from the date the announcement is published in the “Neýtralnyý Turkmenistan” newspaper, until 12:00 local time. Bank account details for transferring the funds will be provided upon submission of a written application. From the date of publication of the announcement, the complete tender proposal must be submitted to the specified address in a sealed and stamped envelope. Evaluation of the proposals will begin after the funds have been transferred to the account. The envelope must contain an electronic version of the questionnaire, the main characteristics of the contract in Word format, and the technical and economic specifications in Excel format.
